SIMPLE BOOKINGS

It is considered a simple booking any reservation to a maximum of 2 rooms.

:: Bookings Payments:

With credit card: The hostel request data from the Client's credit card (by mail, phone or fax) to test its validity. The hostel reserves the right to charge a deposit in advance of the first night of the full stay requested to secure your reservation, which will be charged to the credit card provided by Customer.

By Deposit or Bank Transfer: The customer may choose to make an advance payment to secure the booking by deposit or bank transfer (costs are carried by the customer). Cards accepted: VISA, MASTER CARD and 4B.
     The Customer shall have a period of 24 hours for email or fax proof of payment or transfer. In case of delay the hostel may refuse the booking and return any advance received subsequently.

:: Simple booking confirmation:

In any case, the hostel will send to the Customer a booking confirmation by email or fax when payment is received and if the client has provided the email address or fax contact. This confirmation will serve as the only proof of it.

:: Penalty for cancellation of simple booking:

• No penalties: If the reservation is canceled more than 48 hours before 12:00 am (Spanish time) on the day of arrival.
• 1 night penalty: if reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before 12:00 am (Spanish time) on the day of arrival. The hostel reserves the right to charge up to 2 nights of penalty if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before 12:00 am (Spanish time) on the day of arrival or if the guest fails to arrive (NOSHOW ).
  

In case of cancellation without penalty and there are advanced payments, the amount will be returned through the same means of payment has been made therein.

GROUP BOOKINGS

It is considered a group booking any reservations of 3 or more rooms.

:: Group bookings payment:

By Deposit or Bank Transfer: The customer may secure the booking by paying 50% of the total stay requested by deposit or bank transfer (costs are carried by the customer). Cards accepted: VISA, MASTER CARD and 4B.
The Customer shall have a period of 24 hours for email or fax proof of payment or transfer. In case of delay the hostel may refuse the booking and return any advance received subsequently.

 

:: Group bookings confirmation:

In any case, the hostel will send Customer a booking confirmation by email or fax when the 50% of the total booking amount is received and if the client has provided the email address or fax contact. This confirmation will serve as the only proof of it.

• The advance payment will be refunded if booking is canceled with more than 15 days before 12:00 am (Spanish time) on the day of arrival. Otherwise will not be refunded for the inconvenience caused.
